"General Conference is a means of God’s grace. I started attending early on when I was in seminary. It was an opportunity for us to really go and see the work of the church. It was like 27 years ago. Things that are different. I sit will be a different location. The hope and dream is a little bit different because it was very personalized for me before what I was hoping for me, for my local church, for my annual conference that those that I knew well. Now I dream from a different perspective. Even though I'm the resident Bishop of Dakotas and Minnesota, I have a responsibility to the worldwide church. So, where I was attending my first as a guest and now, attending and participating as a bishop, just that growth in that experience. my my lens of my responsibility feels more vast. "
