Reverend Russell E. Tarver, 83 passed away on May 2, 2014 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Reverend Tarver retired served 38 years at Chester-Colton, Wesley Foundation Brookings, Vermillion, Northern District Superintendent. Huron First, co-campus minister at University of South Dakota, with his wife, Jinny, McCook Lake and Sioux Falls Southern Hills churches in the Dakotas Conference.
