The Dakotas Annual Conference has been blessed with a grant to help our clergy thrive in ministry. We have set aside funds specifically for ongoing coaching and counseling knowing clergy need a professional network of support and encouragement along with guidance to learn and grow to navigate the difficult work of ministry.

As a part of Higher Ground's Annual Coaching initiative, you are seeking or beginning coaching, counseling, or spiritual direction. Please reflect upon your intentions. Why are you seeking an annual coaching experience? How will annual coaching improve your personal and professional well-being and growth? What is your commitment to the process?
