2026 Lenten Study - "To Be Made Well"

The Dakotas Cabinet, in partnership with other clergy in the conference, has created a six-week Lenten study based on the healing stories of Jesus – “To Be Made Well”. Gospel stories highlighted include: Pool of Bethsaida - John 5: 1-15; Bleeding Woman / Jarius Daughter -  Luke 8:40-56; Bent Over Woman - Luke 13:10-17; Four Friends - Mark 2:1-12; Demoniac - Mark 5:1-20 - Rev. Ron Olson; and Blind Bartimaeus - Mark 10:46-52.

In a time in our world where hurt, fear, and trauma are a part of our daily lives, these stories are meant to draw us back to the Great Physician, the source of healing, Jesus Christ. Resources include videos, small group study materials, worship resources, and graphics, and can be accessed through Amplify Dakotas or the Conference website.

Great is Thy Faithfulness - Sermon series, worship resources, and small group study

    We've created a sermon series and resources based on the four “Greats” - The Great Commandment (Mark 12:28–34), the Great Commission (Matthew 28:16–20), the Great Requirement (Micah 6:8), and the Great Proclamation (Luke 4:14–21). These discipleship tools are meant to help ground our Wesleyan discipleship and also equip pastors and congregations with additional tools for ministry. Recordings of sermons from Revs. Teresa Person, Bob Ruedebusch, Julie Gregg, and Kermit Culver are available for streaming through Amplify Dakotas*  or for downloading through Vimeo.
