God is not a magician here, multiplying what we have with the wave of a wand. God willingly provides our blessings, and when we give out the blessings that we have received from God, we show that we understand what it means to be blessed. Usually we are on the receiving end of blessings, but we experience a completely different side of blessing when we give. We are made whole when we give. The multiplication of the blessings comes because we give our blessings away to others. When we give our blessings away we are blessed in the receiving and in the giving.
