William "Bill" Kluckman, 72, of Sioux Falls, passed away Monday, October 9, 2023 at Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Bill was a member of Hilltop United Methodist Church and Wesley United Methodist Church in Sioux Falls. 

Bill served in several lay leadership roles for the Dakotas Conference. He was recently named Vice-Chair of the Conference Council on Finance and Administration. Bill was active member at Hilltop United Methodist Church and Wesley United Methodist Church filling many different roles and serving wherever he was needed in the church.

A memorial service will be held at10:00 a.m., Monday, October 16, 2023, at Hilltop United Methodist Church, 1312 S. Bahnson St., Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
