Esther Samuel, 96, of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, died peacefully on Sunday, June 23, 2024, at Dougherty Hospice House in Sioux Falls,  South Dakota. Esther is the widow of Reverend Jothaya Samuel, deceased, Dakotas Conference elder. 

In 1977, she and her husband immigrated from England to South Dakota, so her husband could pursue a career in Methodist ministry. Together they served the Dakotas Conference at Brothersfield; Bowdle / Tolstoy;  and White Lake / Underwood.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 AM Monday, July 1, 2024, at Faith Baptist Fellowship Church in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Visitation will be Sunday, June 30, from 2-4:00 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
