James Dale Eichinger, age 85, met Jesus Christ October 26, 2024 at his home in Sturgis, SD. Jim is the husband of Pastor Connie Eichinger who serves Faith UMC and Marcus PCUSA in South Dakota. 

In addition to serving at Faith and Marcus, Jim and Connie were active members of Grace United Methodist Church in Piedmont, South Dakota, for many years.

Visitation will be Monday, November 4, 2024, from 8:30 – 10:30 a.m. at Grace UMC, Piedmont, SD, with funeral services following at 10:30 a.m. Graveside services will take place at Piedmont Cemetery in Piedmont. Following the burial, there will be a luncheon at the church. All are welcome.
